Sales Training

AHEAD Tutorial and Review Center held a Sales Training for the Customer Relations Staff (CRS) at the AHEAD Robinsons Galleria branch last June 15, 2016, Monday.

The Marketing Manager of AHEAD facilitated the event. This sought to give a better understanding of how brands are sold and how customers are treated.  The Sales Training was divided into two parts. The first part discussed about comprehensive ethics and the value-based sales development process. It redefined selling as an activity of identifying and filling customers’ wants or needs as well as creating value for them. The second part was a series of workshops. Here, the Client Relations Staff (CRS) were exposed with the model and language. That would ultimately enhance their communication with customers.

Other than that, different strategies and tips in the Marketing Industry were also tackled. The goal was of this was to improve their skills in sales and in customer service. By practicing and experiencing, the successful facilitation tips and program implementation strategies also enables them to determine the impact of values, ethics and mindset on sales effectiveness. They should also understand how to develop the key traits of highly successful sales people and share their best practices.
