Phase 1: The Initial Application (March 2026)

  • Step 1: Register and fill out Form 1 online via the UP Admissions portal.
  • Step 2: Provide your school’s email. The portal will automatically request your Principal or School Head to fill out Form 2A.
  • Step 3 (For Foreigners): Settle the application fee and upload proof of payment.

Phase 2: The Exam Prep (July – August 2026)

  • Step 4: In July, check the portal to download and print your Test Permit.
  • Step 5: Take the UPCAT on August 1 or 2, 2026. Remember to bring your permit and a valid ID!

Phase 3: Post-Exam Grade Submission (August 2026)

  • Step 6: Log back into the portal to fill out Form 2B (High School Record).
  • Step 7: Your school must again confirm your enrollment/graduation via the portal.
  • Step 8: Submit the Hard Copy of your official permanent secondary school record (SF-10/Form 137) to the UP Office of Admissions.
