Kids today are very visual. Their learning strategies need interaction, collaboration, audio and textual. A child will surely get bored if he just sits in class the whole day. Comprehension is not maximized specially with a 1:50 student teacher ratio. A teacher in class can only eat fire until lunchtime. If Math is the last subject, good luck. Ahead Interactive acknowledge these learning styles and incorporates them into their interactive virtual modules. Tutorial sessions are still the same but the difference is, the teacher is at the other end of the internet superhighway. The child sees and hears the teacher clearly. The teacher has access to this visualization as well. But more than that, both student and tutor has access cameras that can make the student follow the teacher’s math equations or science drawings. In this way, virtual tutorials is as tactile and fun.
