Starting your college journey is an exciting milestone, and we know many of you—future Lasallians—may have questions about the application process. Whether you’re a current Grade 12 student, a graduate planning to apply, or someone holding international qualifications, this guide will help you navigate the requirements and procedures for applying to De La Salle University (DLSU) for Academic Year 2026–2027.
Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions to guide you through the application process.

1. Who is eligible to apply?
Applicants must belong to any of the following categories:
- Current Grade 12 students expected to graduate at the end of AY 2025–2026.
- Grade 12 graduates (local or international) from AY 2024–2025 or earlier, who have not enrolled in any college courses. These applicants must submit the Declaration as a New Student Form via their online application. [Form link: disu.info/Declaration-NewStudent]
- Passers of the PEPT, ALS, or NFEA&E programs certified by DepEd as eligible for college admission.
- Grade 12 students or graduates who hold valid SAT scores, AP results, an IB Diploma/Certificate, or A-Level credentials, provided these meet DLSU’s evaluation standards.
2. What could make my application invalid?
Any application containing false information or fraudulent documents (including those sent via email) will be voided. The applicant may also be permanently banned from enrolling at any level in DLSU.
3. Where do I find my application number?
You can find your application number at the upper right corner of your Application Form.
4. How long can I stay online to complete my application?
There’s no strict time limit. Simply log back in using your existing account and continue the process with the same application number.
5. What happens if my computer or internet disconnects while I’m applying?
The system saves your progress automatically. Restart your device or browser, reconnect to the internet, and log in again at the Archers Hub to continue.
6. What if I submitted my application but I need to correct my personal details?
Send an email to admission.requirements@dlsu.edu.ph with the subject: Change/Update of Personal Details, AY 26–27.
Be sure to include relevant details that will help the Admissions Office resolve your request promptly.
7. What file type should I upload for required documents?
You must upload scanned copies of your birth certificate and the bio page of your valid passport.
- If you don’t have a birth certificate yet, you may upload your passport instead.
- If accepted and you confirm your slot, the original birth certificate will still be required later.
8. Can I edit my application form after submitting it?
No. Once submitted, your application form can no longer be changed.
9. What should I do if I encounter technical issues or concerns?
Submit a service request via the portal. A staff member from the Admissions Office will get in touch with you. You can also log in regularly to monitor updates on your request.
10. Do I need to be at least 18 years old to sign up for an account?
Yes. Applicants 18 years old and above may directly create an account, as they can legally agree to the University’s Terms and Conditions.
If you’re under 18, you can still apply, but the registration must be done through a parent or legal guardian.
