AHEAD’s most valuable assets are its people. Our instructors and lecturers are the best and brightest of the country’s top colleges and universities. To enhance instructional effectiveness, we ensure that our instructors can relate well with students, whether in review classes, tutorials, or language proficiency sessions. In one-on-one tutorials, our tutors are matched with the student until the most compatible pairing is found. In review classes, our lecturers are young, creative, and dynamic.

Our managers and staff have very good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. They are easy to train. Above all, they value education and customer service.

TUTOR (part- time or full time) for students who need help with their lessons and assignments
  •  Students and graduates from Ateneo, De La Salle, and UP
  •   With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Patient with parents and students
  •  Must have a passion for education and love for teaching
  •  Trainable and cooperative

LECTURER (part- time or full time) for review classes for High School and College Entrance Tests
  • Graduated with honors from Ateneo, De La Salle, or UP (May also be a board topnotcher but from the same universities)
  • Has a passion for education and love for teaching
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trainable and cooperative

TRAINER (part- time or full time) for AHEAD Professional Network (AHEADPRO)
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any university
  • Must have significant experience in training professionals
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • May be assigned to teach one or any of the following:
    – English and communication training
    – Career Service Exam review
    – Corporate training and development: Customer Service, Leadership, Sales, Negotiations, Team Building, and others

SUBJECT SPECIALIST For Materials Development Department
  • Will create and/or edit questions for students who will take review courses in AHEAD
  • We need a subject specialist for different subjects: Math, Science, and English

General Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With at least one-year work experience
  • With managerial/supervisory skills
  • With excellent English communication skills
  • With keen attention to detail and can work under pressure
  • Has interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Must be organized, detail-conscious, and capable of multitasking
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office and other applications pertinent to emailing and messaging
  • Proficient in the use of office equipment (i.e. computer, printer, scanner, photocopier, telephone, fax)
