We are now accepting enrollees for our UP, Ateneo, and De La Salle College Entrance Test Reviews and all other services.
You may either enroll in any of our AHEAD branches or through bank deposit.
1. Fill out the Enrollment Form.
2. Review the Terms and Conditions before continuing on with the payment.
3. Choose a review schedule.
4. Deposit your payment to
Bank of the Philippine Islands
– Account Name: LEARNUP INC.
– Current Account Number: 3081-1143-81
5. Write on the deposit slip the following information:
– Student’s full name
– Landline and/or mobile number
– BPI branch where the deposit was made
– Chosen review schedule with its corresponding venue
6. Prepare the following additional enrollment requirements:
– Photocopy of student’s school ID
– One (1) passport sized picture
7. Fax the deposit slip, complete enrollment form, and enrollment requirements to (02) 920-0055 (Attn: CST Re: Enrollment for [type of review]) or email to email@example.com (Subject: Enrollment for [type of review])
We will send you an acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received the enrollment requirements. We would also need a parent or legal guardian to come to the center at least one day before the review program to sign the Terms and Conditions.
